These terms cover how Purdy quotes for work, invoices it and delivers it.

Quotes and scope

Prices shown on the site are starting prices. Each project is quoted in writing once the scope is agreed.

Invoices are issued on completion for smaller projects, and in stages for larger ones. Payment terms are 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

Each project includes reasonable adjustments to the agreed scope. New requirements are quoted separately.

Your files, data and processes stay confidential. Case studies are only ever published in anonymised form.

On full payment, you own the spreadsheets, tools and workflows built for you, along with the documentation supplied.
